Can't accept a friend request. Any ideas on why or how to resolve this.

Tried deleting an inactive user from my friends list but still no luck. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

Resolved problem (sort of). Accepted request on my phone instead of laptop.

You can try right clicking the "Accept request" button and open it to a new tab. That's what I do at times.
