Ah yes of course, the eyes. Well my good chap, the eyes appear to be like that because of the night mode. It's simple really.

@bruschettebites I agree, the sclera is too small. Pupils too. I don't think it's a cow, but something similar. Alternatively it looks like somebody did something screwy with the image. The fisheye lens is screwing with the perspective though.
