I am a bear. That's the only explanation I can come up with why I'm so dang tired when winter hits. Like it was 5pm when I stopped working and after I grabbed something to eat, because I didn't all day, by 5:30, I was like "goodnight". I hate having to take a brontasaurus portion of vitamins to be able to get through the whole day but I guess that's where I'm at again. Fuck.

Exercise. Duh... Didn't you know that cures depression of all sorts? Actually, really and truly... Get outside, yo. Sunlight is a friend and it gives you the D for free. XD
