@Panda I never knew the feeling of solid muscle. I knew the feeling of being slender and being able to glide my hands down my stomach without going up fat belly mountain. That was greeeeeat.

Yeah i exercise, not as much as back in the day. But im gonna start back up soon, got my mass gainer and everything. I have slowly been gaining weight and im hoping to convert all that into lean muscle if i can.

@snake its like solid bro, i havent worked on arms seriously in like 2 years and it feels nice to sometimes touch my arm and flex and feel that muscle expand and contract i wanna get some massive arms and pecs. The abs are meh cuz maintenance is a bitch. Edit: no i dont skip leg day, i get plenty of exercise on my legs as it is. My calves are decent. Thighs kinda chonky tho
