I have been crying since this morning because I feel so much pressure from my studies. I keep questioning whether I have learned enough, whether I am worthy enough for this or not, or whether other people would still love me even if I don't make it. I feel sad because I feel like no one sees my efforts and the sacrifices I have made, and that no matter what I do no one will be able to see the best in me. Plus I feel bad because my faith is being shaken. I am thinking how much I hate God because of how generous He is to other people, but I...and I do not know if He hears my prayers, and I do not know how much longer or how many times should I ask the universe to give me contentment and happiness. https://media.tenor.com/PEjc2hKw2GwAAAAC/sad-depressed.gif ...and I have an exam tomorrow, and I can't seem to focus...And overthinking is giving me headache and chills

And maybe it won't be so hard to be me. And I'll find out just where I belong. It feels like it's taking forever, but one day things can get better. And maybe my time will come. And I'll be the LUCKY ONE..." "...Seems like everyone else gets a shot, gets a break. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT TO BE ME..."

My cousin took 9-12 weeks off after she completed law school because she needed to refresh once she got out. She had already signed onto a firm at that point. Take a break when you feel stressed. A good mental exercise when I doubt myself on anything is just remember that I'm not reinventing the wheel, that people have done or are doing what I am. On top of that, chances are some of the people who have became lawyers are probably flawed in ways you are not, so you have to take care of your flaws and handle the process in a way that fits you. You could even network with people who you would consider your seniors and ask them for advice if you need help. It's a great way to foster relationships for your job later on. It honestly sounds like you might be on the verge of burnout. So just give yourself some self care, take breaks, try to relax. Future you will definitely thank past you for persevering.

The symptoms of burnout can manifest differently in individuals, but some common signs include: Exhaustion: Feeling drained and lacking energy, both physically and emotionally. Cynicism and detachment: Developing a negative and detached attitude towards work or activities that were previously enjoyable. Reduced performance: Decreased productivity, difficulty concentrating, and an increased number of errors or mistakes. Emotional changes: Irritability, mood swings, and a sense of being overwhelmed. Lack of fulfillment: Feeling unappreciated, unfulfilled, and lacking a sense of accomplishment despite putting in significant effort.

How to manage burnout: Sharing your feelings and experiences with trusted individuals can help alleviate the emotional burden of burnout and provide different perspectives and insights. Make a conscious effort to prioritize self-care and relaxation activities outside of work. Practice self-care: Engage in activities that promote your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This can include regular exercise, getting enough sleep, maintaining a healthy diet, and participating in hobbies or activities you enjoy. Allow yourself regular breaks during the workday to recharge and reset. Additionally, take advantage of vacation time to completely disconnect from work and focus on relaxation and rejuvenation. Prioritize tasks and focus on the most important ones while letting go of nonessential responsibilities. Incorporate stress management techniques into your routine, such as deep breathing exercises, mindfulness meditation, yoga, or journaling. These practices can help reduce stress levels and increase resilience. Rediscover activities that bring you joy and fulfillment outside of work. This can include spending time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, engaging in creative outlets, or simply taking time for leisure activities that you enjoy. If burnout persists or becomes overwhelming, seeking professional help from therapists, counselors, or coaches who specialize in stress management and burnout can provide additional guidance and support.

Only came here to say, God has not abandoned you. While it feels like the whole world is crashing down on you i promise you will look back at it one day and realize why you were here. This is ur character building arc, God has said its your turn. Use this to push you forward in life. Remember how hard things were now and how much stronger you can be for getting over it. If no one else see's your efforts he does and he is with you. Not to be all preachy, but believe me just because no one says anything doesnt mean they dont see anything. Besides your happiness should not be based on others. Look inward and be proud of the person you are because no one would ever have your own back like you would.

I know the feeling of stress and burnout. Just do your best, take each day at a time. It may be difficult at this time being stressed about your studies but you will overcome it and look back at this moment one day. Whether or not you make it, no one can tell but at least you can say that you did your best. I'm not sure exactly what you are studying for, but try not to dwell on each test/ exam. Once it is over, give yourself some time to rest and focus on the next one. That's the best anyone can do really in this situation. Sorry for the long message, this resonated with me since I know the feeling all too well tbh. Hope you're feeling better. :)
