Just, buy a house before you date someone. A house is more important. Start throwing your money into some equity for the future. Renting is basically burning your money. Having your own house is appealing to chicks. You can actually break the ice or hit on them with that line alone. "So, want to go back to my place? 4 bedroom, 3 bath, gas range stove, central heating and air..." Guaranteed to make panties drop.

I almost prefer renting, even though you literally get no return. But, when my AC went out, I didn't have to pay to replace it. So, there's that. Also, I seem to attract women who don't wear panties. Bypassed that one.XD

I had a gas stove once and honestly that shit slaps. The only problem is it can be super dangerous cuz we left the gas on several times by accident and only cuz i was a night owl we didnt completely die
