"Arte" is actually beautifully animated. And it's second episode was far more interesting than i thought it'd be. That's on my watch list too. "Yesterday wo Utatte" is developing into a pretty interesting story. "Listeners" Well, it's dialogue isn't great, but the characters have kept me watching it. I can definitely see your personality through your picks Thank you for your comments Lamby

Appare-Ranman! https://cdn.myanimelist.net/images/anime/1710/106614.jpg Synopsis: During the back-end of the 19th century, the genius but socially awkward engineer Sorano Appare and the wise yet cowardly samurai Isshiki Kosame find themselves drifting in the sea between Japan and America. With no money, the duo decide to enter the Trans-America Wild Race to win the prize money so they can get home. The two encounter rivals, bandits, and challenges in the wilderness as they race through America, from the starting line in Los Angeles to the finish line in New York, in the steam-powered car they built. My thoughts: Despite the setting there's nothing historical about this one. It's total fantasy and the laws of physicals don't apply. Both the artistic style and the characters are very flamboyant, and you're probably safe assuming the plot is going to be as well.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai Season 2 https://cdn.myanimelist.net/images/anime/1764/106659.jpg Synopsis: At the renowned Shuchiin Academy, Miyuki Shirogane and Kaguya Shinomiya are the student body's top representatives. Ranked the top student in the nation and respected by peers and mentors alike, Miyuki serves as the student council president. Alongside him, the vice president Kaguya—eldest daughter of the wealthy Shinomiya family—excels in every field imaginable. They are the envy of the entire student body, regarded as the perfect couple. However, despite both having already developed feelings for the other, neither are willing to admit them. The first to confess loses, will be looked down upon, and will be considered the lesser. With their honor and pride at stake, Miyuki and Kaguya are both equally determined to be the one to emerge victorious on the battlefield of love! My Thoughts: This is a romantic comedy. Emphasis on comedy. If you haven't seen the first season, I recommend going back and watching it. It's pretty funny. Both the scripting and animation style are fairly cute and well done.

Second thoughts: "Nami yo Kiitekure" the second episode was actually more entertaining that the first. I said before I might pass on it, but I'm retracting that. It was entertaining and interesting enough to get me to add it to my watch list. "Arte" Is also developing more and more into a good story. "Kakushigoto" is holding up as a fun anime to watch. "Tower of God" I still have no idea where the plots going, but it seems interesting enough. Maybe I'm wrong but the girl he's chasing didn't seem like she'd be able to survive round 1. "Hachi-nan tte, Sore wa Nai deshou!" kept my interest. "Listeners" that was some awful dialogue. But the characters are interesting. "Hamefura" still pretty comical. "Yesterday wo Utatte" Well I already said.

With a number of anime seasons postponed, will there be anything to watch this year?
a_wesley_g
Yes. They are only being postponed a little while because of trouble keeping up with the production schedule. A few are having a late start, while others were pushed back until next season, like Re:Zero, which will now air in July. There's still plenty of anime airing in the summer season. We'll most likely see everything getting back on track this summer. Until then they will most likely fill in the gaps with reruns.

I'm sure there's plenty of anime you still haven't seen yet. This could be a good chance to look up some older anime you missed.
