so i was thinking if someone could give me a list of some good dubbed anime since my eye docter says that i shouldn`t watch subs since my eye sight is pretty poor...
If you download subbed anime, you can probably adjust the font size (and the font itself) in your media player's settings. If the issue is more severe and you absolutely cannot read subs due to your eyesight, then yeah dubbed anime is the way to go.
I'm not sure if you like slice-of-life, but I was pleasantly surprised by "Sansha Sanyou." It's about a rich girl who becomes poor (#LAUGHTRACK) and the dub is WAAAAAAAAAAAY better than the sub! With each passing gag I'm thinking "Wait, that joke is too American... is that in the sub?" so I switch to sub-mode and think "Wow that's totally not as funny in Japanese!" It's just very silly and yeah, I guess it's not a good recommendation seeing that I put it on hold at episode 3 (FOR GOOD REASON THO!!!) but regardless you should give it a shot!
Oh, and it's the same creators as Engaged to the Unidentified if that helps :P (manga author that is)
(btw, the dubbed flashback skit at the beginning of episode 3 was AMAZING!!! I'm not sure why I laughed so hard at that husband/house skit. Darn kids!!!)
EDIT: DRATS, the flashback scene was episode 4! My bad! I guess I put it on hold after that episode... or maybe episode 6... hmm
@Shytaku I quite liked the Japanese casting of Sansha Sanyou, but I might have to check out the English if the gags seem better. @melissa As for my recommendations, let's see, I personally believe that Bleach and Inuyasha both have good dubs, and also Future Diary. I personally don't watch dubs very often, but I do check them out occasionally to make recommendations to my friends that prefer not having to read. If you share the genres your most interested in I might be able to give a better list though.
My favorites: Ghost in the Shell Monster Rurouni Kenshin Fate/Zero Stein;s Gate (I watched this both dub/sub and they're both good) FMAB Psycho Pass and of course, Death Note!
