While definitely personality first (not a physical trait), something about a girl's hair gets me. I'm not sure why. Hair, face, and eyes would be the toppers.

The eyes you can see if she/he is happy or insane etc You can see the real person if you look in the eyes

idk why but I wanted to say that for all the ppl who say they look at eyes first, I have two different colored eyes. is that weird?

It's cheesey but looking at the eyes first is my first. General facial language tells a lot about a person. Then I just look at the patterns of facial expressions and observe what vibe I get.

@Raf & Ghost: RIGHT!? If I didn't post so long ago on the first page saying about the same thing, I'd be posting it again here. @Makoto & Wolf: I get the same thing with my eyes. They're brown most of the time, but I have seen them change to hazel, and even green in certain lighting before. Sometimes even in consistent lighting.
