Hello nightnsky, for starters don't let this guy make you feel down. Its just a waste of your time. You shouldn't let people like that get to you. I understand that he as hurt you, but keep in mind you did nothing wrong . Second, getting another guy won't always solve anything. You're still young and have a whole life time ahead of you. Just talk to guys. Be your self. You shouldn't rush into a relationship. Getting the right person takes paitents. And never let anyone pressure you as well. Hope this helps abit.

Oh, man. This is a hard one. There are some people whose hearts are slow with moving on, and then there are some like me whose hearts have developed a spiked rhino-tough armored electric-fenced barbed-wire heart, and if anybody ever tried to break it, I'll break their legs. I think what you should do is write down the events leading up to this and what happened, and how you felt afterward. Try not to make the same mistake again. Look at it every once in a while. Try to improve yourself in other aspects, or in a way that will give you confidence about your past without bringing regret. Like, run a 5K or more, or do another crazy achievement, and remember, "You don't need no man in yo life and you sho as hell didn't need him when you crossed dat finish line." I got this from experience. I've sometimes broken up with a guy first, but a few months before the marathon, I was the one rejected. However, I'm very... non-sentimentalist about breakups and stuff, so at the snap of a finger I moved on, and ran the marathon(kinda as a big F U to that guy). It turns out that I had broken HIS heart, and he still hasn't recovered from it. But it's his loss. Too many mistakes of his. If it wasn't your fault, IT REALLY WASN'T YOUR FAULT. And if it was, then... maybe you should write that down so you never forget this unrepeatable mistake. From the looks of it, you didn't do anything wrong.

In my opinion you have two options either think about it and try to overcome it yourself with help Of friends Or You can treat it like it never happen and pick up a hobby to keep you busy or distracted from thinking about it I'm not saying the second or first choice is the right one but to me those would be my only Two options

For me, I stopped looking at my ex through rose-colored glasses and made a note of what the relationship really was. By no means did I try to trash the image I had of her, and we're still friends, but I was appalled at what the relationship was really like and how I should have ended it months ago. There was no abuse or anything like what you had, just a case of being in a relationship with a highschooler who wasn't really mature enough for a relationship. If you can, try seeing the relationship like an outsider would. I've found that seeing things from a different point of view can help get over a failed relationship a lot easier than to continue to see it the way you have since breaking up.

Hello~ I cant definitely relate to what you went through. The guy I liked for close to three years completely lead me on this whole time. It's quite a long story but to put it super short, I did confessed to him in high school and I got rejected. We kept in touch and was really close after high school, but in the end, what he did to me was horrible. Surprisingly, I'm close to being completely over him because he wasn't worth my time at all. I was indeed heart broken, but I realize that there are other things worth living for. Family. Friends. Anime. Fangirling. Video gaming. Whatever floats your boat :3 For leading you on, it's his lost! You maybe a "fool" to play with through his eyes, but you're a TREASURE to another guy :D I'm sure of it! I'm sure there will come a guy who deserves you... when the time is right and when you least expect it xD! Just have patience. For the time being, we can get through our heart aches by living life to the fullest :D ~
