How do you get the? Do they just appear because you keep using the site and forum or do they appear when other people view your profile or what?

They appear more as you use the site, get 5000 of them and you get a <3 Tag under your avatar., other than that they do anything really.

They are supposed to bring more features to users, the more you get the more you unlock.. it's a future update plan (click the heart next to the number for more info). :)

That explains those hearts under people's profiles, I just thought that meant they were taken or something lol
