is it harder to get a girlfriend at 30+?

That's kinda why I'm more into friends than anything else. I may not look, act or feel 30+ and to be completely honest there are times I even forget until something points it out to me.... but I can't change the fact that I am 30+. It does get to me at times. I had a cool group of anime friends all of them around 20 and they took me in, but I moved out of town.

And that's another thing. It's harder to get someone at 30+ cause you're too old for 'dating'. Everyone is out for a career or considering a potential spouse. Dude, I want none of that serious stuff. I just wanna hang.

I always thought your 20's is too early to be married because that's when your finding yourself. I don't care about the holding hands and going to nice restaurants. I like hugging and hanging out.

IMHO dating after 30 is a train wreck if u wanna date som1 ur age. I'm 31, I've been commited for 9 yrs. That's a long a$$ time. I've lost my touch. Plus it's like staring ur second string. U don't get to chose ur 1st pick in the draft. U just hope for the best

Don't do it! 30+ you'll look desperate because now it's well I'll be old and dying in 10 years gotta hurry up and find someone. Accept it as it is and enjoy your lifelong freedom and money and whatever else you got going.

I'm 40 so I must be "old and dying". My last gf was 18 several years ago. I don't have too much problem dating if I'm social enough but I don't have my own place at the moment so it makes it difficult.

Dating after thirty is fine. If you think it's not for you, then it's not for you. If you give up because of your age, then don't cry or complain. Hell, I'm 33 and getting married in April, so I'd say it was a lucrative venture and I'm certainly not settling. If you think you have to settle, you're doing it wrong.
