I don't know what's been said so far (it seems that some kind of off topic, though not entirely off topic, stuff has been talked about too), but I always believed blue balls was a myth. I've seriously never had it. Okay, there's the awkward standing ovation to deal with, but tents can be pitched without girls being teases or anything. Still, maybe I'm just one of the lucky few that just isn't that much bothered by the human biology of the superb male anatomy =P

I'm really surprised by the amount of sources that are put up on this thread, because I don't really see a different explanation for 'blue balls' than just being aroused whilst not jerking off, which medically appears to only be a problem when it is induced with pills and persists for more than 4 hours. Also, don't look up blue balls on google images probably ^^
