Random thoughts...

Cold food is like a different version of its hot counterpart. Two meals in one. I like to see which dishes I prefer cold vs hot all the time. I even think some soups are better served cold sometimes.

it is!? iv only ever had cold ramen and that was pretty gross ;w; i think because the noodles are squishy and thick it works well cold ^v^

Well I mean, cold noodles isn't that wild of a concept honestly. There's stuff like Somen that's traditionally chilled with ice and served as cold as you can get it. :v

tbh the closest thing to japanese food iv ever had is the ethnic aisle in walmart ;w; galahad is a really pretty name i wonder why its not mainstream
