Manichaeism was also introduced to ancient China, but due to low-quality translations of religious texts, people confused it with Buddhism (... it learning from Buddhism and Zoroastrianism is a fact..)..It was crushed together with Buddhism in a certain era..then this faith never got recognized by the authorities. It is hard to believe a belief is “wholesome” when the leader is called “魔”/devil by people XD...

So apparently muslims cant marry non-muslims? Nice to know :D yet another failed relationship cuz they wanted me to convert and cant take no for an answer. Nice. I feel like god just testing my will to live at this point lmfao

Yarp... And Christians aren't supposed to marry none believers, either. Something about unequal yokes... Varying beliefs can cause MUCH friction, go figure.

That's so in the Bible. "2 Corinthians 6:14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?" I'm not a believer, so I really couldn't care less. But, I do understand how deep seeded beliefs can DEFINITELY cause friction.

If you're a Muslim man you can marry wahmens from Judaism and Christianity but they have to convert. Atleast that's what I heard. It varies from different cultures and provinces. Different branches of Islam usually wouldn't marry either. Then different ethnic groups might not marry each other. https://i.imgur.com/dY2B2LO.jpg

There are also Christians who believe that interracial, intercultural, or international marriage is also wrong, due to their interpretation of the story of Babel.
