I really got to be careful now. My friend sat me down and spoke to me about being a lover boy as I continue dropping in weight. He said that I gotta know when someone wants to genuinely know me or just likes what they see. I mean yeah it feels good knowing I am handsome now but now it's got problems I never prepared for. Had to break something off with this one girl two days ago because she was just echo chambering me saying she was in agreement with all my values and interests, but didn't back it up soon after our second date. That and materialism is a big no for me..I just gotta really get to know someone before hopping into something.

Body dysmorphia is hitting me bad today, using it as motivation to try harder working out this week. Finished leg day but couldn’t shake the feeling of not wanting to look in the mirror as much as possible. It’s like I keep seeing the old me over and over again.

There was a day I was almost dead. I was a teen on a 4 wheeler. I fell down a cliff it was so dusty. I tumbled felt like ever and ever. I finally put my feet down on a grip . Then I discovered I was inches away from a short stick getting ready to jab me in my neck
