Random thoughts...

This year is overkill. Last blood grandparent died (while on unavoidable business trip). 2 cousins died within days of each other. Dog died. Car died. Cat died (while I was on a business trip - did not get to say goodbye.) Arc's grandmother died. Cousin got married out of country and asked for favor so got me to the top place I've wanted to go my entire life - Italy. Did destination Bachelorette party for my sister-in-law in Tennessee. (I am a bridesmaid. >_<.) Now I'm moving. I'm so very tired.

Oh and my oldest brother visited me for the first time since I moved to Georgia. He's been busy with work and being a dad. Kind of fell off the music scene but used to be a metal head. Lol I was the one telling him which bands to listen to. Find it so funny I surpassed him in music. Brother: "Oh yeah a coworker I was training with was telling me about Dream Token." Me: "Ppfffffffffttttt.....Sleep Token."

I honestly prefer making pasta over rice nowadays. Call me crazy but I've made so much mushy/crappy rice either from washing it a lot or soaking it then washing it cause " the internet and Asian culture" say too. I can perfectly make pasta the same time. Maybe I should try the rice function on my instapot?

@joemama711 Wash the rice twice or until you stop getting white water coming out. Use your finger to measure how much water you add to the rice. Water should go up to the first knuckle on your finger. Then you cook it.
