Hilariously I had a similar experience when I accidentally took a trailer door off while backing onto a dock. My company made me do an on the spot urine drug test, but unlike at the doctor's office I had to go into the public restroom and have an old man with a brief case literally watch me pee in the cup in front of him. It was to make sure I wasn't trying to pull a fast one, I guess.
So my coworkers were just casually strolling in to see me pissing in this guy's cup before he sealed it and put it into a fancy brief case.
The facial expressions were as anyone can imagine. Good thing I am a man of the world and don't care about privacy much, haha!

Can we talk about the mail @verucassault
If humanity ever reached a point where no new inventions, ideas, or artistic expressions were possible, it would imply that we had exhausted the creative potential of our existence. But is that even possible?
Art, music, and literature do repeat, but each generation reinterprets themes and tropes through their own lens, shaped by their experiences, cultures, and technologies. While melodies may sound familiar, and stories may follow predictable arcs, the context in which they exist is always changing. Even if we could mathematically quantify every possible combination of notes, words, and visuals, human experience itself is ever-evolving. So long as we continue to exist, our perspectives will continue to shift, providing new meaning to old ideas.
But what if innovation did stop? If nothing new could be created, and everything became stagnant, humanity would likely lose its sense of purpose. We thrive on progress, on problem-solving, on breaking limits. Without those driving forces, civilizations might fall into apathy, decadence, or even self-destruction. The idea of a "clean slate" is compelling—wiping away history to reset human ambition—but would that truly reignite progress, or just force us to walk the same path again? If we erased all knowledge and culture, we'd likely just rediscover the same principles, repeat the same cycles, and end up right where we started.
Maybe the true challenge isn’t in avoiding repetition, but in continuously finding meaning in what we create.

I'm not a bible man, but I do tend to lean towards the whole "There's nothing new under the sun.". Just because it's not yet been made does not mean it hasn't already been thought.

I think the older people are more grounded and more humble. The older I get I see that’s an art. New generations are loud and I’m like I’m old and that affects me.
