Kinda scared to get on my next flight cabin pressure almost destroyed my right eye ball. Shit is still sore and tender. I can't take another optic attack. Not again.

When you're trying to eat better and someone offers you 3 lbs of homemade Mac and Cheese with extra cheese, Spam, and no less than 7 layers of grease! Also the pan it was baked in was precoated in generous amounts of butter! Salted butter! Never going to lose weight at this rate...
