The puppets made for Blark and Son are comedy gold. It's a shame the show was on Comedy Central. Kinda wish Hulu or Netflix would pick it up or get the creator a new show. Missed opportunity. Does anyone even watch Comedy Central anymore?

Nope, I just like to eat. Now I have enough mashed potatoes to make latkes and enough pork to mix into red beans and rice, tonight. I like to cook meals that can stretch a couple days or be made into different meals through the week.

Its very hard to beat a 5 dollar pack of pork chops that I have to pat dry and cook later @_@

Lamb can be kind of finicky. Overcooking it makes it chewy and unpleasant if you are grilling it or baking it. If you are putting it in a stew or something then you can slow cook it for hours. One of my favorites is the Malaysian lamb kerutup. Made it with Chef Wan's recipe from an Uncle Roger episode and it is one of the best lamb dishes I have ever made.

Maybe it's just me, but I've always found lamb to be a bit mild in taste.

Easiest way to cook lamb is lamb chops on the stove like you would do a steak. Salt and Pepper. The lamb is flavorful enough but if you want to get spikey about it, base it like you would a steak with butter and garlic, maybe some parsley << or rosemary. MAYYYYBE tarragon.
