TwT i might finally be able to move to cheaper rental housing. No more $1800 of rent i can get $500 of my money back and start saving up for a house.

@hell_hound7 1,800 in rent? Where are you living? That place sounds like a mess.

@dyadka_yar im living in Alaska. And yes it is a mess. Everything is this expensive. Im convinced anything west coast is a mess.

@hell_hound7 Really? Alaska is that expensive? That is like prices of apartments just outside of Boston for a 1 bedroom.

@hell_hound7 I have cousins that live in Alaska, but that sounds more expensive than in my area, Northwest Georgia.

Yeah @dyadka_yar @meisterman1985 i feel its because its right next to a university? Idk tbh but the apartments itself isnt that great. But its really expensive either way

@hell_hound7 Well that is the BS nature of rent these days as well. 5 years ago you could easily rent a decent place around my area for $800 or $900. Now the same place is $1,500 a month, sometimes more. It seems it isn't localized to just my area, but it is spreading like a disease all over the country.
