Booking the cheapest international flight is the hardest thing to do. I feel like airlines and third party companies intentionally pick the most jacked up flights and price them at the highest possible cost. I basically had to do 2 roundtrip tickets in order to get the best possible deal. Roundtrip to a major airport from my location and then a round trip from that major airport to my final destination. In all it came up to like 2.1 or 2.2k but i saved like 200-300 dollars and a travel time of 40 hours or more. Ofc i had to WORK for it. With Alaska weather being unpredictable i needed to give myself time incase of delays, ontop of that i needed to make sure my connecting flights didnt overlap with the other flights. I wish there was a way to just pick one airline and send it instead of needing to pay almost 6k or doing multiple airlines.

A friend called during shift. I know last night they were having a difficult time in their life. I haven't had enough time to reach out, however I place my faith in Christ that they are ok.
