We did that to Wren for like a year. Have to reapply them every couple weeks. It was a pain. We just trim their claws and that's usually good enough. I don't like the idea of declawing. 8[

I hate that phone hold systems have not evolved since the 90s. Most times they play generic music because they don't want to pay for anything of substance, and they play their message about you being on hold every 20 seconds which seems like a very sick and demented form of water torture. Ugh. We should be far enough along that you are given options for what you want to hear, maybe license through freaking spotify or apple for podcasts.
