If anyone had the power to stop time, doesn't it mean he would be completely blind every time he used it?
The ability to see depends on light rays to reflect off objects and enter the eyes, Light however travel with a fixed speed (C) . When you stop time IT will not able to move and therefore the eyes wouldn't work normally as they suppose to.
This sure gives all Jojo fans out there something to think about
