Jerky that's homemade is far superior than store bought by a mile. I don't care for Bridgeford either. They say they're tender, but it still feels dry.

My stomach can handle a lot of foods that are questionable. I ate one jack links jerky in the breakroom today and I friggin hurled it was so bad. It was one of those single serve thick snack "bar" of what tasted like a mix between meat and old gum

A former roommate's dad brought us jerky he made from one of his deer hunts. It was perfect! Tender, sweet, tangy, and just enough salt and pepper to satiate my hunger. Over 5 lbs of meat and I crushed it in a day!
