@arc theres lentils and pre seaaoned meat. Just pop it in the air fryer or oven and with lentils they just need to simmer on the stove top. Texture reminds me of corn

yeah, I pop so many things in my air fryer. I use it almost every day. Recently I've just been dumping bags of brussel sprouts in there. So many things will air fry and it cooks food really fast

Im very tempted to buy cod and sardines just cause theyre cheap and healthy, gotta find a citrus or lemon marniade so i dont taste fishy taste.
