Bro i cant stand people, they made me a sponsor at 4:16 the day before i go on a 2 week leave from work to study for an upcoming test. So now i have to figure out who this dude is, when he is coming and get all his shit settled. They are lucky i wasnt leaving the local area

Bro I hated the Army for shit like that. Literally as I was getting out I had to work nights at the gate to fill out visitor forms until the day I got out of the military because they refused to train anyone to take my place. Then during the days when I should of been sleeping and clearing I had to sponsor new soliders and teach classes.

It isnt my first time sponsoring new people, its just i have no idea what to do for this specific guy. Now im forced to come in tomorrow on my day off to figure this out. Someone dropped ball and wants me to fix their mess.

10 mins into talking to this dude he tells me he doesnt need my help cuz he knows everything already. I swear my leadership fails me everytime. Now i just made myself look like a clown to a brand new person.

Day one of studying for promotion testing. Milestone 1000 out of the 2,879 questions have been studied. 256/1000 questions need to be looked over again for better comprehension. 13 days left until test. Status: mental exhaustion.

I'm not understanding why the place I work at is having such a hard time hiring people. I mean, they start off at $16.50+ an hour and you legit need NO EXPERIENCE. All you do is load trucks (I have a different gig here, but the point remains.). Simple, right? Sure, it's not big bucks,but it's enough to live on and have some money on the side. The good news is, if I refer a person and they stay for 90 days, I'd get an extra $250. The bad news is, no one seems to want to stay or apply. It's not an extremely hard job and good luck finding better elsewhere.
