Sorry for being depresso expresso today. Just it hurt seeing people my age so successful and thinking what am I doing wrong with my life

@solid_snake95 Take it easy man. A lot of people seek companionship or a confidant in trying times, it's nothing to be ashamed of unless you sell yourself out for it. That feeling a companion can give you is a good thing. Humans are meant to work together to survive, and that feeling should motivate you to seek out your goals. As a starting point maybe you should look into careers that only require a certificate or online course to be licensed. You can do those at your own pace even if you have little time to spare, and it's a drop in the bucket compared to the cost of college. Don't worry about how people see you, worry about how you see yourself. In the end, you'll always be with yourself, so you should try to be as comfortable with it as possible. o7

Not forever, unless you want it to be, friend. If you don't want to simply be remembered as the guy who cleans toilets, don't let it bring you down. Take pride in counting that money, everyone has to start somewhere, right? If you let it get to you, it's all you'll focus on. Then you'll project those thoughts onto other people even if they don't really think that. There's more to your life than cleaning toilets, right? You don't have to let that be the sole thing defining you. Besides, if you think about it, it makes you an essential worker doesn't it? That's a good place to be in right now, try to think of how you can gain a tactical advantage in any situation. o7

I'm 25 man. If I have not ever kissed anyone before in my life. And I know that about the essential worker thing and starting somewhere. I get that I am paid almost $15 an hour here but it sucks knowing I am stuck being useless for the next several idk how many years until my mom gets her ssi finally to take care of herself. I want to get my anthropology degree already and explore the world before I die. The meaning of life is in the little things but it's the same routine for me everyday. I try to mix it up a bit with different things but no vehicle to go anywhere. Covid is going on so I am afraid of going anywhere anyways rn.

Better late than never, some people don't realize they're in a life of regrets until they're 40 years old or even on their deathbed. It's over when you want it to be over, but as long as you can keep getting up, try to do it. Are you going to give up the rest of your life? Even if you don't succeed, don't live with the regret of giving up. You might lose if you fight, but you will lose if you don't. If you fight you can win. "Never give up. Fight until the end.
