Random thoughts...

Today my specialized weighted jump-rope set came in. I was super pumped and used the app to get started on the beginner exercise. 16 minutes long, no big deal. 6 minutes later Veru @verucassault, who was watching tv, turned around on the couch to see me wheezing, gripping a bar stool for support, jump rope at my feet, as the timer kept cheering me on. I limped through the rest of it, and I feel like my body is dying. I'm so out of shape it's pathetic T_T
