It's very simple for me. Date > I like him/her. Reject > I don't like him/her.

well i've dated someone because i felt bad for them. most shallow reason for breacking up with someone because of how popular they were with boys. its kinda unsettling when your gf is surrounded by guys and acts waaay too friendly with them

I reject everyone I don't like. Due to personality, lack of chemistry and sometimes looks. So the most shallow one would be the ones I've rejected because of how they looked... Though their personalities weren't that good either.

I dated someone because they were living with me and eventually confessed to me. Figuratively handed me a relationship on a platter. I denied her at first because I wanted to focus on school, but eventually caved in.
