Is masturbation good or bad?

Eh the only thing I can recall from female perspective is once I read in a magazine, frequent female masturbation could make it difficult for women to achieve orgasms with partners later on because you can ... i dunno over train?? your body to have an orgasm doing it in one particular way. So they encouraged you to "spice it up" for yourself and do different things.

@Veru I read that women finding out what makes them tick in the bedroom is a good thing, because it makes it easier for them to guide the guys in what they need to do to actually achieve an orgasm. All women are different, so it's good when they write their own manuals, I guess =P
