I am ........... going on a diet.......... All those facts in the first couple of pages...yea...diet here I come

Who needs facts to know being overweight is horrible for you? Hell, I don't smoke because I don't know the health effects... Blatant fool, I am. Just as those who turn a blind eye to their waist. And, end. Blah blah.. Shits a stupid thread, so why continue it?...blah.(For the commenters of the obvious, obviously.)

Someone bullied me for being chubby in middle school. I decided to change my diet and exercise. In about a year I was in pretty decent shape... But then I became anorexic and went 20 pounds under weight. Nowadays I just eat what I want (typically a healthy diet) and just make sure I get adequate exercise. I don't know... Just felt like sharing. There's sort of pros and cons to bullying fat people I guess. I mean it put me down but sometimes I think to myself... That bully helped motivate me to fix my health... At least initially. X-x
