Colorado Batman Premier Shooting

So at Aurora Colorado where my sister happens to live, thank god they decided to cancel plans to go to the movies. Anyway, at a Century Belmar that I attended not to long ago in a night out with my sis, was a shooting for the midnight premier of Batman The Dark Knight Rises. Apperantly from what all news sources have been stating he opened fire during, threw grenades, and tear gas. Warnere Bros. has halted the premier in Paris and is now considering taking the movie out of our box offices. I guess I'm typing this here to give awareness and such. It was I wake up and all I hear is my mom's TV and statistics and witness descriptions. Really I hope that guy goes to jail or gets what he deserves, I was so scared though when I heard a friend of mines little brother and sister where there but barely missed the shooting by 2 hours in the theater next door, I for once am grateful to the Ice Age saga @-@

Thank god they're ok. It was all over the news and the net. I don't really heard about the whole story about it but leaving that amount of casualties is just too grievous. They'll make him pay for it eventually. That guy deserves more than a lifetime in prison for what he had done.

I was so horrified someone would do that and then apparently people are saying he referred to him as the Joker. If that's true the only thing I'm worried about is they will use that to help him plea for insanity and honestly what he did was too planned out and such where he needs to go to jail for what he did. I hope our court system doesn't let us down :/

It sucked balls. I wish they would let me be the executioner, I would be very slow and painful! Trash like that dont deserve to live! As much as I have plans to move to the US, its reasons like this that I just wonder why I want to.... The US needs to seriously reorganise its gun laws. Here in the UK, no guns allowed without a licence which is hard as nails to be given and there are so many checks its unbelievable. We hardly have any gun crime since they are illegal. This should tell you pretty much everything you need to know. Im not saying people shouldnt be able to defend themselves, but you dont need a gun to do that....so take away the guns and you take away a MASSIVE amount of crime. If I read this correctly, one poor girl survived a gun attack a month ago only to be killed by this attack! What the fuck? is that about? Get it sorted America, I dont care if this is unpopular to some people but guns must be outlawed and made illegal... *disclaimer* Im not a pacifist, I just believe theres always a better way to solve problems...

Yeah, take away the guns and you cut down the crime. Statistics have shown how may crimes, especially with guns, are committed in the states vs. other countries. It's sickening to see how much crime we have here in the states compared to other countries like England. Screw guns, swords are my weapons of choice!

As a guy that owns 6 swords, and 2 rather large knives, I agree, blades are my choice (and in part because guns arent available, plus I own bladed weapons without any intent to use them unless such an occasion arises where I need to, regardless of the law [I have my own moral code..]) Though I say that about guns, it was only a week ago there was a police alert to stay indoors because some guy was running round with an AK47....guess thats what you get for living in the centre of the UK's serial killer territory....
