That makes sense, thank you. The other reason I have difficulty initiating conversations with women would be my poor social skills. For example if I were to find someone attractive, and wanted to get their attention, I would not know how to go about doing so. Do I wave at them, smile, or write a note and pass it to them? I don't want to come across as a creep, but I really am clueless when it comes to women, haha.

Eh, when guys try to get my attention it's usually something like: "HEY! GIRL WITH THE BOOTS!" -_- Which is not all that impressive, but it certainly gets my attention. Honestly though, I have no idea either.

Haha, not impressive whatsoever. I decided to give smiling and waving a try yesterday to a couple of very attractive customers, and they smiled back, and one of them went even further and waved back. Would that be considered creepy?

I think a smile and head nod would be less creepy, though waving isn't very creepy to begin with. You might make someone think they know you if you wave, though. It seems to be more of an acquaintance thing to do. Besides, if they were customers they probably thought you were just being a friendly employee.

One of my coworkers told them that I said they were cute, and one of them waved to me in a flirty way, so maybe that means something.
