Lucid dreams

this one guy mention going into sleep paralysis and seeing someone coming to put a pillow over his face and kill him but you cant move so he was trying really hard. that stuff scares me like i dont want any of that XD i will take my regular sleep thank you....but i will admit my dreams have stated to get intense there are alot of dark stuff happening in my dreams now like last night i dreamt i strangled my little brother and before that one where there was a man standing outside my house trying to get me to open the door

Shush Panda, I dun wanna hear that from you of all people. >_< Rose yeah I have a rough idea of the realms you're talking about. Your experience sure was something though. A White Tiger is a very interesting one indeed. Do you have an ability to communicate with it, or does it occasionally appear on it's own? As for my spirit guide, human is not her true form. She said to have taken on that appearance, to make me feel more at ease. However, sometimes she likes to appear as a bird made of red and blue flames. I am not sure what's that supposed to represent, but she seems to have a pretty harsh and serious attitude while being like that. Way different from her usual cheerful and mischievous mood.

I often keep notes of the dreams I think interesting. As far as I can remember I only had 3 lucid dreams (vs about a hundred records over the last 3-4 years or so, and two of them happened before I started taking notes). In the first one I was flying, traveling, eating cakes, it was fun. In the second one I tried reading text on signs, it felt really weird, like, reading felt easy but seconds after I realized what I read was complete nonsense. Looking at my watch also gave weird results. In the third one, I wanted to summon a specific person, but I didn't have enough control and the dream turned into a non-lucid one. Overall, I feel lucid dreams are extremely rare and not the most interesting I had as I can't make good use of that lucidity. Do you guys have any tricks to make your dreams more lucid and enjoyable?

I'd say we can share a bunch of interesting stories lol. I haven't had the ability to communicate with him, only to observe and listen. He seems to only appear at random times, like if I feel a bit lost in life. Wow, now that is nifty. That's interesting you say that, I believe animals to be just as sacred as we are. I ended up changing my whole lifestyle, just Fish, fruits and veggies. Red and Blue flames I heard represents a Twin Flame, soulmate stuff. Though, I'm still disseminating all that information too. It takes a while to fully grasp their intentions. @Lunatic
