It's a meme to suggest boku no pico whenever anyone asks for anime recommendations. It's really hard to suggest something for you since your anime list has nothing in it and you don't tell us much in your profile or here. Personally I like Jojo's Bizarre Adventure anime and manga. Or One Punch Man for action and comedy.

Personally what I would recommend utmost to anyone to at least try is Neon Genesis Evangelion. You could read the manga, watch the original series, or the movie rebuilds. If you don't like older looking shows then watch the movies, but it leaves out details that could have you asking a few questions ( its a movie recreation though, what could be expected? ) The movies also have a different storyline starting with the second one so both are recommended. The genres of it ( from the MyAnimeList website ) are Action, Dementia, Drama, Mecha, Psychological, and Sci-Fi. If you could give us some genres that you like then that would help us with more suggestions.
