I personally love Valentines day. Its fun walking around and passing out free rose quartz tumble stones to singles I meet around the OU Campus, in order to brighten the day for them. If you have problems making the day about romance, make it about universal love for all your fellow humans instead. Then it becomes nearly impossible to feel lonely.

For me the day is a too loud and bombastic declaration of love ;). Everyone has their own preferences though.

If you were all living near, I would've sent each of you valentine's cards just for fun; but it would probably be past vday b4 it comes if I send it through CA post because you're all living in different countries hahaha.. It's just another day for us single people. After v-day sales are the best cheap chocolate. Can get a large bag of M&M for $2 after v day.

For best chocolate brand, go for Callebaut. It was used in Alton Brown's favorite chocolate pudding recipe at Hominy Grill in Charleston, SC. I even made chocolate ice cream and it made my baby niece love it so much she cried very bad when her dad said "All gone. No more."
