Lovers Moonlight

Love is like the light reflecting the sea, never ending and always present. It endures everything that tries to wipe it out, for not even the storms of the heavens and earth can tame it. A blessed road leads lovers together, and a sacred bond is formed between the two. Such a tradition should be praised. I thank the one on high who blessed the land for which I lay my feet with love. Such a beautiful thing is priceless, worth more then any bounty can be paid. So remember and reflect on these words. Even in the face of turmoil, love is always there. Just as the moon shines on our darkened world, the emotion of love can brighten even the darkest void.

I really like what you wrote. However, the light reflecting above the water in the storms could be lighting. Beautiful to watch from a distance, but potentially fatal when it hits you. Love is something to admire, yet fear. It can cause just as much pain as happiness.

I don't get it. Who or what would try to wipe love out? And the connection between a thunderstorm and love? And what is an earthstorm? An earthquake? Again, what is the connection to love? Lovers find each other and break back up again all the time. Nothing sacred there.. Seriously though, very romantic and lyrical. Well done.
