Physiological Tricks

There is no secret "jedi mind trick" that lets you pick up girls. However you can change the way you act, increase your confidence and learn how to hold a conversation. That combined with having the courage to approach and ask for a date/dance/meetup etc will let you pick up.

The negging and really the PUA community as a whole is basically advocating emotional abusing someone to get laid. It's not (usually) outright abuse but just because it's subtle doesn't mean it's not abuse. I mean, it kind of shows what kind of person you really are to actually attack someone's self esteem in order to get a date.

Do not attempt unless your name is Sosuke Aizen! Or Naraku. Or Donquixote Doflamingo... All those guys are masters of psychology or have literal superpowers in Aizen's case to mess with someone mentally. If you are not one of the above, just be yourself! Or be prepared to live months, years, and decades of a lie. Even actors need a break from what they do... If the target of your affections can not appreciate what happiness they could bring to you and you to them, that is their loss. Be sorry not that you failed to win them over, but that they must continue life not knowing what it's like to date you :)
