Anyone going or went to Japan?

I wish to go, but flight prices may skyrocket way too high. Parents still wish for me to get a travel partner to go with for safety reasons. Friend of mine from Japan said visas are not required, but passports are. As for a place to stay, same friend would help me say with him in his apartment. Any cheap flight services for a friend from Japan to visit USA in? Like Delta or other? And what flight sites are best for each flight service?

I lived in Japan for a year as an exchange student in Kobe, Japan. Hardest and also the best year of my life. If you plan on going to Japan, make sure to learn some basic words, like hello and thank you. A little bit goes a long way.

I was there for the army. It was a blast and loved it there even with it being the rainy season. Plus I was there for the biggest typhoon in 25 years so it was pretty cool. I was in sendai . I got a bunch of manga and other cool stuff .
