apparently isis plans to attack US on 11/22/15

They probably wouldn't attack at random times, they'll probably wait until a major event like a concert or something like that where they could do the most damage. Which is why there should be more security at concerts or whatever to make sure they don't attack. But I'm pretty sure they won't attack

It is a ruse to bully but ultimately to create hostility towards Muslims in other countries so they can become receptive to extremist propaganda after becoming victims themselves of fear induced discrimination and violence. The war machine also wants your blood for a license to kill because their real motives lack scruples. The last person to pull off such a con managed to murder over 6 million Jews and was the cause of 55 million others deaths from the ensuing war before it was stopped. You can never really completely control when and how you will die so why stress over it. My favorite quote in regards to fear from DUNE: I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
