you can do like a buddy system thing like where you have a friend who is close to the person you want to give a gift to and you go to them and send them money or like a gift and they send it to the person you wanted it to go to. cause tbh there is nothing secret about giving someone money through a gift card especially if your the one who gave it to them

cause if you use a gift card you can always give the person the code and stuff and they can use the money without having to give away their address

Psst... If it's money you wish to send, wire it via money gram or use pay pal, but that takes the "secret" out of secret Santa. I think there's no way of avoiding giving away names unless you want to do things strictly online.

Me and some of the other Guru's of this site did a Secret Santa last year. I still have my gift. It's possible if you actually participate
