Georgia?

You know what is strange? Where I went to high school, liking anime outcasted me. Graduated and started working at target and I met quite a lot of anime fans here in Georgia.

It seems I hit the jackpot when it comes to being accepted for my liking anime. My family either like anime or they are completely fine with me liking anime and I didn't really bring it up openly at my schools but I did find people there who like it or even if they didn't they didn't put me down for that either. Makes me feel really sad for all the people here that I see who have been ostracized for it.

Atlanta, Georgia here~ And the surrounding areas in Metro Atlanta. And @Suichi, I know those feelings. It was the same way, mercilessly picked on though. Had a small group of anime pals that grew up and grew apart. After the big three conventions (Momocon, AWA, D*Con) started getting popular here, everyone who was even closeted (you know, "I like DBZ/Sailor Moon/Pokemon but I ain't no nerd") started coming out the woodwork.

Ahh nice I lived in Ga everysince I was born an it's nice to finally find people on here that lives in the same state I do it was hard to find people that likes anime to hangout with an just watch anime especially if they live in other states/continents. But besides that nice to meet the Atlanta anime crew
