Satan is like a nick name im guessing because his real name is lucifer. We just dont really say his name we either call him satan or Devil (which by the way is evil with a D just like god is good without an o)

But to answer the question no i wouldnt sell the soul of my first born. I feel like that shouldnt even be my choice cause sure i helped bring him into this world but why should i be able to sell his soul or whatnot? I mean its his thats like someone selling something that wasn't even theirs in the first place (yes i am aware that happens in real life) but either way if anything i should be selling my own soul in exchange for a wish and he should be selling his.
