@Wesley I got drunk at a karaoke bar in Tokyo with some friends, and when we got outside some other drunk guys met us in the street and got so excited about us being foreigners that they decided they wanted to sing the U.S. national anthem with us; so we locked shoulders and started singing as loud as we could... out in front of a busy intersection... in the middle of Tokyo... at around 2:00 a.m. in the morning-desu. If you know Japan, you know that kind of behavior is largely frowned on, and we had a lot of people staring in disgust-desu. After I sobered up I felt really, really embarrassed-desu.
