Lol yes here delinquents look almost all the same. They have mixed skin, use really ugly glasses and are on motorbikes so if it's that then yes. If it's for wearing hoodies and stuff that's suspicious no. Still living in a country like this you have to be careful with everyone.

Yeah, sometimes you have to make certain judgements to have some street smarts. For me certain clothing is the number one thing that puts me on alert.
