Dating sites.

I try every sites and all of them either didn't reply or talk for little and flat out ignore me. One of them asking me for sex and other ask me for money. I'm not looking for sex buddy or being a sugar daddy. I just want a serious and fun relationship. I did try match.com but is not free since you cannot message unless you pay. I'm not sure if this a fraud or what. I tried tinder but did not work after I download the app and ask me for phone verify. Cannot go on next. Last one I tried Badoo but is not that great as well. Although there is one that want to marry me but she live too far. I'm not going for a girl that live too far. She told me she will come but I doubt it. When going on dating site be careful since we don't know if it a guy pretend to be a woman. Any suggestion that can find gf on a better dating site?

I did briefly look on them and they didn't seem to work very well. All of it was geared only towards looks, and yes it's important but interests and personality matter too.

I didn't put too much thought about these dating sites since it looks too good to be true. More like a bait and switch. I'm not that good looking just average guy so maybe girls wanted more. I did message 40 people only 3 actually message me. But like I said from my previous post it didn't work out. The concept of dating site wasn't bad but people just don't trust or act up. It kind of ruin the reason why the dating site exist.

I tried once, never again. Doesn't really kick in or actually find the right person. Plus money waster when I don't even find any and it just keeps on searching. Gave up on them and just focus on making friends to talk to and chat around.

I find this site to be more an social networking website as someone else posted the forum aspect makes it seem like more of a place for making friends. Also I'm not sure it worth trying other dating sites cause as rigrotty posted most of them are geared only on looks, or the paying ones as DarkuSchneider posted have scam bots.

After years of using them, I've come to the conclusion that they are utterly useless. They are useless because of human nature. Men are hard wired to be much more thirsty than women, and so you end up with a situation where there are thousands of men in a particular area on the site compared to only a few dozen women. This leads to women getting flooded with messages, so just being lucky enough to actually have your message be seen is like winning the lottery in of itself, and a lot of whether or not your message is read is going to depend a lot on how physically attractive you are. In other words, if you aren't a star football player, don't even bother. You will never get messaged and nobody will reply to your messages.

Couldn't write it better than Sensei above me. Saddening most of the normal girls run away from fuckboys who send them dick pictures so you are left with girls that have zero dignity and self-respect in my opinion. Being "respectful" and actually nice to a girl on a dating site will get you nowhere. Just like in life generally speaking.

I have a few profiles across a few dating sites including POF and OKC since they started. I have meet a lot of guys on there and have had a few long standing relationships because of those sites actually. No matter where you go there will negative nancies. Point is if you want something you have to give it your best shot and keep at it. There is no quick fix for anything and I wouldn't want one in regards to romance anyway. As far as the never getting messaged.... I initiate convos a lot and sometimes I am ignored- o well and sometimes I ignore guys, mostly because of the impressions/content I get from their messages and lack of initiative on their profile.
