That's what some dude on Reddit said that claimed to be a windows programmer. Technically it could but not actually that difficult ones that they couldn't fix it. :D Besides they could've coded it with 10 and still released it as 9 if the're that lazy. The official statement was that they wanted to remove themselves from that cursed "8" as quickly as possible.. and honestly it seems quite understandable.

I'd update but maybe sometime later when all the bugs are sorted out.

I have been testing it since last October. It was really rough at first. I upgraded my Surface Pro but my gaming PC is staying 7 as I do not have a DX12 native vid card. When I build my new system towards the end of the year things will be more settled for patches and drivers for W10. It is kind of annoying the OEMs drag their heels on divers, the general public has had access to W10 for almost a year and OEM devs longer than that.

My first MAJOR gripe with Windows 10 ...
the Lack of Video driver ...
So i connect my laptop to my TV to watch anime ...
when I did after installing windows 10 I had OVER/Underscan issues ...
which meant I had like black bars and the 1920x1080P resolution did not fill out my WHOLE screen...
Had my ATI driver for my 4200 Raedon been able to work n play ball I would of been
able to use Catalyst Control to fix it ... but NOPE ...
I am sure they'll fix it SOON ... but in the mean time ... I has to deal with
a bit of Annoyance ...

I'm very eager to upgrade to Win10, but I'll try to hold off a couple of months to let Microsoft iron out some bugs and to let hardware/software developers push out updates to their products.
