Bloodborne is worth getting for the different mechanics. Dark Souls 2 didnt bring anything new to the table

They're both great games, but I vote for Bloodborne.
Dark Souls 2 isn't as strong as it's predecessors. This is because Miyazaki (the genius behind Demon's Souls and Dark Souls) wasn't involved.
Instead he was working on Bloodborne. The character customisation is dramatically reduced, but we get a smoother and better balanced game for it. It also has a creative flare, which is distinctly lacking from Dark Souls 2.

i love dark souls 2....
but, I just hate having to reroll my character or make a new save-file.
Especially with rare drop items, it's not that easy anymore to make the builds you want.
can't wait for dark souls 3

i can admit dark souls 2 was fun but it was no where near as hard as dark souls 1 i beat the whole game in a month (playing on and off) i couldnt beat dark souls 1 for months and i played everyday it took me getting my character past level 100 just to beat gwyn (using tank build with great shield)

I didn't think dark souls 1 was that hard,
but I played a lot of Demon souls before I got Dark souls.
So I was used to the "trail & error, stay on your toes" gameplay.
Your first Souls game will always be the hardest,
because when you start playing another souls game you are already accustomed to it's type of difficulty.
hence why dark souls 3 will probally not feel difficult at all for you.
