It's not something new I guess... have been out there since forever... men mostly are chilled and don't express thoughts like dude you got some nice triceps(when girls comment on each other's butts x) like I've been with weirdos ) so a film like magic mike really is just a film.. bothers a little since I don't wanna see penis in the film x) the first one was okay...

I think the thing that surprised me most is the afore mentioned movies were rated R. 10 years ago, due to the wenis shots and sexual content, movies like those would have warranted an NC 17 rating like the Lover or the Color of Night. Personally, I'm for wenis shots. Boobs have been such a common thing to show in films since the late 70s and early 80s. There was practically no horror or slasher films without quite a bit of nudity and especially gratuitous boob shots.
